Printer-friendly versionSwap Meet Details
Something new has been added this year...we will have an indoor, air-conditioned swap meet in the tennis facility that may be accessed by vehicles. This will allow it to be used similar to an outdoor space, instead of our traditional indoor swap meet in a carpeted meeting room. Vehicles will be able to come and go daily or can be left inside over night; however, some restrictions do apply to protect the floor surface. We will also have an outdoor swap area for overflow or for those who prefer the outdoors.
The indoor spaces will be $35 for a 20 x 10 ft. space, and the outdoor spaces will be $25 for a 20 x 10 ft. space. This covers the whole week. Outdoor spaces will be in a parking lot adjacent to the building with the indoor spaces. Reservation for spaces should be made as part of your registration for the National Meet.
Below are some guidelines on use of the indoor spaces to help you decide if you prefer the indoor or outdoor spaces. These guidelines are mainly to protect the surface of the floor, which is normally used for tennis courts. We ask your cooperation to avoid damaging or contaminating this surface.
Touring Class car judging will also be conducted inside this building. Vehicle access to the indoor swap meet area will be blocked by the car judging on Wednesday, June 16, so it will not be possible to use vehicles to load/unload at indoor swap spaces on this day.
At the bottom of the page you can find a map of the overall swap meet areas as well as the layout for the indoor venue.
We think this arrangement will provide an outstanding venue for your swap meet and look forward to seeing you in June at French Lick.
