Approximately 75 miles total

Turn left from the hotel parking lot onto Indiana 56.  Go 2 miles and angle right on Indiana 56 and US 150.  Proceed through Paoli.  As you go around the Courthouse square, angle right on US 150 and proceed 18 miles to Fredericksburg.   As you approach town, turn left on Beck’s Mill road.

Proceed about 10 miles to Beck’s Mill.  At the 4 way stop you will find a very interesting General Store on the right.  It has snacks, antiques, and information.  Straight ahead about 2 blocks is the mill.

After viewing the mill return to the 4 way stop.  Turn right on Vincennes Trail.  Proceed 3 miles to West Washington High School road.  Turn right and proceed to Indiana 56.  

Turn left on Indiana 56 and go 24 miles back to French Lick. As you travel back, and just before you get to Lavonia, don't miss the Dutch Barn on the left which has Amish furniture, dry goods, dried fruit, and many gift ideas and good ice cream.
